A Golden Past

The seed is always small, but the sapling grows tall to become a tree. This is what happened to a broking firm started in 1961 by Mr. Premji Gada. A small institution based on a beautiful motto of customer satisfaction and innovation.

Later with a brighter vision, the firm also started venturing into other areas such as transfer of rights, development of property, etc. The Senior Mr. Gada was then joined by Ashwin Gada, who combined the effect of quality and consistency. Two years later, Kaushik Gada, his brother, joined to create a powerful trio.

A Welcome Future

In the year 1994, Mr. Hitesh Thakkar, son of Mr. Jadhavji Thakkar, came on board to form what today stands proudly as the Prem Group. The company has now diversified into construction, transfer of development rights and selective broking. We constantly endeavour to capture the dreams of our current as well as prospective clients. Ridham Gada (B.COM, L.L.B.) joined in 2004, Vishal Thakkar joined in 2005 and holds a diploma in civil engineering and is a licensed surveyor; and finally Hirak Gada (B.COM, PG IN REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT) came aboard in 2009 to form a remarkable trio.
